We began as Santa Fe Walks in 1979, the original walking tour introduction to the wonderfully rich and quirky diversity and creativity of this ancient city. In 1992 the Jordan’s acquired the business, and began to respond to the increasing number of inquiries about group activities for businesses, non-profits, families, and other tour companies, all of whom who wanted to go beyond the walking tour in search of the character of New Mexico. “Aboot About” was adopted as an additional name that might stick in the memory a little longer, and “Walks” was dropped to reflect our broader range of offerings.
