One of Santa Fe's top producing brokers, and the former managing broker of the Sotheby's International Realty Santa Fe office, Neil specializes in upscale residences & building sites, with unique knowledge of Las Campanas. Licensed as a real estate agent in 1975 and licensed as a broker since 1979, Neil first joined Sotheby's International Realty in 1991 as vice president of Major Market Affiliates. Prior to arriving in Santa Fe in 1993, Neil managed several of the largest real estate firms in their respective Connecticut and Massachusetts markets. With the exception of a one year period, Neil has been associated with Sotheby's International Realty (as an affiliate or employee) since 1984. He began his career in 1976 in Washington state in his family-owned real estate brokerage.
