At our best, psychotherapists such as myself are freedom fighters. We fight for your inner freedom. I am a former journalist and science writer and, since the mid-1980s, a therapist, author, and teacher. My method is based on powerful knowledge that exposes how, in our psyche, we hold on to unresolved negative emotions that create unhappiness and limit our potential.
