Shaening and Associates, Inc. has over 25 years experience specializing in public sector organization and system development, program management and planning, and research and evaluation. We are a woman-owned consulting firm, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico and founded in 1977 by Mary Ann Shaening, Ph.D., President. About half of the 150 contracts we have completed since 1977 or which are currently in progress have a research and evaluation component.
